Palm Beach Critical Care was founded by  board-certified Critical Care physician, Dr. Julianne Bruce, who spent years in the ICU treating the most complex, life-threatening conditions — and grew frustrated watching patients settle for rushed, impersonal care in urgent care chains and overcrowded ERs.

The vision: bring ICU-level clinical judgment to an intimate outpatient setting. The result is a clinic where your physician has the time, the tools, and the training to actually think — and where you are never just a number.

ICU-Trained Background

All nurses have direct experience in intensive care units managing ventilated patients, vasopressors, continuous infusions, and multi-organ failure — skills most outpatient settings never see.

Our ER-trained nurses are built for rapid assessment and decisive action — skilled in triage, IV placement, cardiac monitoring, and managing patients in crisis. They stay calm when it matters most.
